Key Takeaways

• The new twist-to-adjust stabilizer fin presses hard against the antihelix, inducing stabbing cartilage pain after 40 minutes.
• Heavily hyped Gemini Live conversational mode lags by 3 to 5 full seconds per reply, making spontaneous interaction painfully awkward.
• Ecosystem penalties on non-Pixel devices: Spatial audio and head tracking are arbitrarily locked away.
• Erratic Bluetooth multipoint logic mutes laptop playback for seconds whenever your phone receives silent background push pings.

✅ Pros

• Remarkably lightweight at just 4.7 grams per bud
• Clear voice call clarity suppresses background street din nicely
• Smooth, matte pebble-shaped charging case feels great in hand

❌ Cons

• Twist stabilizer fin causes excruciating cartilage tenderness
• Severe 3-5s Gemini latency destroys conversation fluidity
• Artificial feature crippling on non-Google smartphones
• Janky multipoint switching interrupts media audio constantly

📝 Verdict

"An agonizing ear-fin design combined with sluggish AI lag turns what could have been great into a headache."
